I design experiences that change how people notice.
IDEAS INTO EXPERIENCE
I spent more than three decades helping people learn by noticing, questioning, prototyping, testing, and trying again.
My work grew from the classroom, where I spent nearly 30 years as an educator, to Teachers College, Columbia University, where I earned my doctorate in Instructional Media and Technology, and into the spaces where I work today as an author, speaker, facilitator, and founder of Wellbotics.
Across those settings, I keep returning to the same question: What happens when we create the conditions for people to notice something they might otherwise miss?
I turn that question into experiences using objects, technology, storytelling, reflection, and play to help people make meaning and engage differently.

Ways to work with me
I create participatory experiences for conferences, organizations, leadership teams, and destinations. Each is designed around the people, place, and ideas at hand.
-
Interactive Keynote: A talk the audience takes part in, where ideas about attention and AI become something people notice for themselves.
-
Hands-On Lab: A pop-up makerspace where robots and other STEM tools become tangible models of human ideas.
-
Curated Salon: A gathering for expressing and expanding ideas, anchored by an object, a piece of media, or a place.

My Work In Practice
Ideas are meant to be experienced.
I design and participate in experiences that bring people into conversation with ideas through objects, technology, storytelling, play, and reflection.

What People Say About Me
I really appreciated your perspective and the way you helped frame AI as something that can support human connection, not replace it. The conversation was thoughtful, timely, and one I’ll continue reflecting on.
